Ingredients

  • Uncommon butter: Forms the rich base of these brownies and helps create this perfect Fudgy texture.
  • Semi-sucked chocolate: The key to creating a deep chocolate flavor. It also contributes to the dense and fudgy texture of Brownies. Use chopped chocolate fries or bars.
  • Powdered sugar: Softens and hydrates brownies and creates their signature summit.
  • Large eggs: The liaison agent who adds wealth and structure. They also create this perfect balance between fudgy and pasty textures.
  • Vanilla extract: Improves the chocolate flavor and adds depth to the overall taste profile. Get the pure vanilla extract for the richest flavor.
  • Undless cocoa powder: Offers an intense chocolate flavor without adding additional softness or humidity. It is crucial for this color with deep and rich chocolate.
  • Versatile flour: For the perfect structure and texture Brownie.
  • Salt: A simple flavors activator. Remember, a little goes a long way.
  • Sweet glaze: A quick mix of powdered sugar and milk to water on top. It’s optional, but it helps glitter to stick.
  • Festive glitter: The red or pink sequins in the shape of a heart make these efforts completely adorable.

How to make Valentine’s Day Brownies

It’s never a bad time for brownies. But Valentine’s Day is one of my favorite moments to enjoy it.

Something about this Fudgy texture and this rich taste of chocolate makes me feel warm and blurred inside.

This recipe is similar to other homemade brownie recipes that you have probably tried. It has several steps, but they are easy to follow.

1. Preheat The oven at 350 ° F. Line a 9 × 13 inch mold of parchment, leaving an overhang.

2. Melt The butter and half of the chocolate in a microwave bowl in 30 seconds, stirring until smooth.

3. Whisk in sugar until it is combined. MIX In the eggs, one at a time, then vanilla.

4. SIFT Cocoa, flour and salt on the mixture, stir up to half combined, then FOLD in the remaining chocolate.

5. Pour The dough in the saucepan and spreads evenly. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center sort of a few wet crumbs.

6. Cool Completely in the pan, then lift using the overhang of parchment. CUT in squares or hearts.

7. Mix Powdered sugar and milk in a small bowl until they are thick but worn.

8. Water On the brownies and garnish with glitter. Appreciate!

Tips for the best brownies in Valentine’s Day

The first thing to remember about these brownies is to have fun! Garnish and decorate them as you wish, letting your creativity shine.

Here are some other things to remember:

  • Use ingredients at room temperature. Adjust the eggs and butter early. If they are at room temperature, they will incorporate more evenly into the dough.
  • Do not too much. Stir in the dough until the ingredients are combined. (Especially when you mix the wet and dry.) Surminging can cause lean and pasty brownies instead of Fudgy.
  • Sift dry ingredients. Always sift the cocoa powder, flour and other dry ingredients to eliminate lumps. This will guarantee a fluid and even.
  • Lightly undergrade the brownies. It is preferable to slightly sub-account than an over-brown. Sub-subsidized brownies will continue to cook for several minutes after leaving the oven. So check them early!
  • Cooling is crucial. Let the brownies cool completely before cutting – especially if you cut them in the hearts. If they are hot, the cuts will not be treated.
  • Have fun experimenting! Consider adding a teaspoon of instant coffee powder to improve chocolate flavor or experimenting with different types of chocolate.
  • Personalize the fillings. Instead of Glaze, try a melted chocolate or caramel.

How to store

Do not be surprised if you have no leftovers – these brownies are that GOOD!

For maximum freshness, keep the brownies not cut. Wrap them closely with plastic film, then a layer of aluminum foil. Then store using one of the methods below.

To store: Place the brownies completely cooled in an airtight container. Add a slice of bread to maintain moisture. If you are already cut, separate the layers with parchment paper to avoid sticking. Keep at room temperature for 2 to 4 days or in the refrigerator up to a week.

To freeze: Firmly wrap the cooled brownies in a double layer of plastic film. Then wrap them again in a layer of aluminum foil. Place the wrapped brownies in a bag or container in freezer and freeze up to 2 months. Déagorate at room temperature for several hours before serving.
